Forged in London in 2019, VOLTSTORM are a high-voltage force in modern British heavy metal a band that fuses attitude, energy, and sharp social awareness into an explosive sound built for the stage. Their music bridges the gap between past and future, blending razor-edged riffs, anthemic choruses, and soaring vocals with symphonic and electronic textures. Think Iron Maiden’s grandeur colliding with Metallica’s punch and Helloween’s precision  but unmistakably their own.

The band’s self-titled debut in 2022 marked their arrival, earning praise across the underground scene and launching their first UK headline tour. Working with producer Alessio Garavelloat Rogue Studios, Voltstorm refined their sound for the critically acclaimed Break The Silence(2024, L.B.C. Records) a bold evolution that scored a 10/10 review in Powerplay Magazine and cemented their reputation as one of the most exciting new names in British metal.

With the addition of Stef Nurra on guitar in late 2022 and Ben Turner in late 2023, Voltstorm’s current lineup delivers a renewed sense of fire and precision. Their new material showcases technical guitar work, massive hooks, and thunderous energy  a modern metal sound built on classic foundations.

After making their international debut at Pannonian Rock Festival (Croatia)alongside Tarja Turunen, Rhapsody of Fire, and Destruction, Voltstorm stormed the Hard Rock Hell Festival 2025 main stage, performing alongside legends like Ronnie Romero, Kee Marcello, and Uli Jon Roth. The performance was hailed as “outstanding” and marked a defining moment in the band’s rise.
